Prior to her current role, Ms. Cullins served with the NRC as Executive Director of the International Innovation Office, Director of International Partnerships and Programs with the Industrial Research Assistance Program, Director of International Relations, and as a Business Development Officer with a focus on intellectual property management, licensing, collaboration, and commercialization.
Ms. Cullins serves as Canada's National Project Coordinator for its associate membership in EUREKA, a role she has occupied since 2012.
Before joining the National Research Council of Canada, Ms. Cullins engaged in international business development with Canadian small and medium-sized businesses, and opened new markets for software system solutions in the areas of public safety and transportation in Europe, South Africa, and Asia. She also worked for NCR/AT&T in its then-European marketing centre of excellence in London, UK.
Ms. Cullins holds an MA in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, an MBA from Queen's University, and an Honours Degree in Commerce, focused on international business. She is a Certified Management Accountant.
