The Audit of Information Technology (IT) Security was completed in fiscal year 2018-19. The audit assessed the foundational elements of the NRC’s IT security program. Pursuant to section 16 (2) of the Access to Information Act, the audit report will not be published.
The NRC has diligently considered the need for openness, accountability and transparency. In doing so, the NRC has thoroughly weighed the public interest for disclosure against the need to ensure security of its network and systems.
