- Mitigating the impact of wildfire smoke on health.
- Investigating the performance of air-treatment technologies against smoke from wildfires.
- Fire safety of electric vehicles in enclosures.
Research and/or project statements
- Contributor to a large project to evaluate resilience of communities and structures from the threat of wildfires and develop a National Guide for Wildland-Urban Interface fires as part of a research and development initiative with Infrastructure Canada to study climate-resilience of buildings and core public infrastructure.
- Contributor to a guide for the use of water mist technologies in mass timber residential building
- Technical lead in mitigating the impact of wildfire smoke on health and developing a policy brief on best practices during wildfire smoke events.
