Notes:

  1. Rates of pay for students:
    • The rates of pay for student employment for undergraduate and Masters levels are based on the number of semesters completed.
    • The rates of pay for student employment for Doctoral level are based on the number of years completed.
    • The rates of pay for coop students are based on their current work term.
  2. Students may work full-time during a non-academic term (e.g. summer) and part-time during an academic term, to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  3. Students at the doctoral level may work beyond a normal academic term either on a continuing basis (the hours of work would be limited to less than one-third (1/3) of the straight time hours of a full time salaried employee) - or - to a maximum of four (4) months but hours of work would not exceed 20 hours per week.
