The product is a 3-layer sheet roofing membrane comprised of a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) base layer, a polyester reinforcing mat layer and a TPO top layer.
The product is available in the following thicknesses:
- EverGuard® TPO: 1.1 mm (45 mil), 1.5 mm (60 mil) and 2.0 mm (80 mil)
- EverGuard Extreme® TPO: 1.2 mm (50 mil), 1.5 mm (60 mil), 1.8 mm (70 mil) and 2.0 mm (80 mil).
The product can be mechanically or fully adhered to the substrate deck.
This evaluation is limited to products produced at the following plant(s):
- Cedar City, Utah, United States
- Gainesville, Texas, United States
- New Columbia, Pennsylvania, United States
This evaluation is based on demonstrated conformance with the following criteria:

The membrane is certified by UL to CAN/ULC-S107-10, “Fire Tests of Roof Coverings.” For more information, see UL Certificate “TGFU7.R1306 Roofing Systems.”
Wind uplift resistance of membrane roofing assemblies
The wind uplift resistance performance rating is based on CAN/CSA-A123.21-14, “Standard Test Method for the Dynamic Wind Uplift Resistance of Membrane-Roofing Systems.”
The following membranes used in the roofing assembly achieved a factored dynamic wind uplift resistance of either 2.3 kPa (48 psf) or 2.4 kPa (50 psf), depending on the assembly, when using CAN/CSA-A123.21 test method 1 for mechanically attached roofing systems:
- EverGuard® TPO: 1.1 mm (45 mil)

This evaluation is issued by the Canadian Construction Materials Centre (CCMC), part of the Construction Research Centre at the National Research Council of Canada (NRC). The evaluation must be read in the context of the entire CCMC Registry of Product Assessments and the legislated applicable building code in effect.
The CCMC was established in 1988 on behalf of the applicable regulator (i.e., the provinces and territories) to ensure—through assessment—conformity of alternative and acceptable solutions to regional building codes as determined by the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) as part of the issuance of a building permit.
It is the responsibility of the local AHJs, design professionals, and specifiers to confirm that the evaluation is current and has not been withdrawn or superseded by a later issue. Please refer to the website or contact:
