The product consists of cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels complying with the definition of CLT presented in ANSI/APA PRG 320-2012. The product may be manufactured with Canadian species machine stress-rated (MSR) Grades E1, E2 and E3 and Canadian visual grade species V1 and V2 of the PRG-320 standard. The product is intended for use as panels in floor, roof and wall applications. The product is available in widths ranging from 305 mm to 3 048 mm (12 in. to 120 in.), in thicknesses of 87 mm to 315 mm (3.4 in. to 12.4 in.) and lengths up to 12 m (40 ft.).
The adhesive used in the finger-joints is Hexion Cascomel 4720/5025A (CCMC 13252-L). The laminations are face-glued using the Purbond HB E302 or E202 adhesive (CCMC 13586-L); the boards are not edge-glued.

For compliance to the published values within ANSI/APA PRG 320-2012, the manufacturer utilizes visual grade V2. This Listing is based on the qualification testing and ongoing APA certification to ANSI/APA PRG 320. The structural building design using these panels must be conducted by a professional structural engineer in accordance with Clause 8 of CSA O86-2014 and Part 4 of the National Building Code (NBC) of Canada 2015.
Note: This manufacturer produces other proprietary grades of CLT that are beyond the scope of the ANSI/APA PRG 320-2012 and do not form part of this Listing and, as such, will not bear the CCMC mark.
This evaluation is issued by the Canadian Construction Materials Centre (CCMC), part of the Construction Research Centre at the National Research Council of Canada (NRC). The evaluation must be read in the context of the entire CCMC Registry of Product Assessments and the legislated applicable building code in effect.
The CCMC was established in 1988 on behalf of the applicable regulator (i.e., the provinces and territories) to ensure—through assessment—conformity of alternative and acceptable solutions to regional building codes as determined by the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) as part of the issuance of a building permit.
