Product description

All the membranes are single-ply, flexible thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membranes with polyester weft-inserted reinforcement, and are available in, depending on the membrane, thicknesses of 1.14 mm, 1.52 mm and 2.03 mm, widths of 1.5 m, 1.9 m, 2.4 m, 3.0 m and 3.8 m, and lengths of 15.2 m and 30.5 m.

Additional Information

Wind uplift resistance of membrane-roofing assemblies

The wind uplift resistance performance rating is based on CAN/CSA-A123.21-14, “Standard Test Method for the Dynamic Wind Uplift Resistance of Membrane-Roofing Systems.”

The following membranes used in the roofing assembly achieved a factored dynamic wind uplift resistance of either −2.4 kPa (−50 psf) or −3.19 kPa (−66.7 psf), depending on the assembly, when using CAN/CSA-A123.21 test method 2 for Adhesive Apply Roof Systems (AARS):

  • Elevate UltraPly™ TPO Flex Adhered
  • Elevate UltraPly™ TPO
  • Elevate UltraPly™ TPO SA

The following membranes used in the roofing assembly achieved a factored dynamic wind uplift resistance of −2.4 kPa (−50 psf) when using CAN/CSA-A123.21 test method 2 for AARS:

The following membranes used in the roofing assembly achieved a factored dynamic wind uplift resistance of −2.9 kPa (−60 psf), when using CAN/CSA-A123.21 test method 2 for Adhesive Apply Roof Systems (AARS):

The following membranes used in the roofing assembly passed all levels with a factored dynamic wind uplift resistance of −3.2 kPa (−67 psf) when using CAN/CSA-A123.21 test method 1 for Mechanically Attached Roof Systems (MARS):
