CCMC Data Acceptance Program

What is the CCMC Data Acceptance Program?

The Canadian Construction Materials Centre (CCMC) provides a code compliance assessment service, which relies on technical data supplied by organizations and professionals outside of CCMC (for example, test reports, engineering reviews). In order to ensure the technical competence of data providers, we maintain a list of accepted data providers via the CCMC Data Acceptance Program (DAP).

Who can be recognized?

Organizations or individuals, can apply to be recognized as accepted data providers. There is no cost to be recognized under the CCMC DAP, however, periodic reviews of technical competence will be required to maintain good standing.

How can I become recognized?

Data providers that wish to become recognized should submit a request by contacting the CCMC. More information can be found in the CCMC Data Acceptance Program manual.

Is my data acceptable to the CCMC?

The CCMC can only accept data from the data providers recognized below:

  • Recognized testing laboratories
  • Recognized inspection bodies
  • Recognized experts and consultants

For enquiries please contact the CCMC.
