An appeal is a challenge of a decision made by the CCMC on the code compliance of a product.

Appeals are reviewed and decided upon by the CCMC Appeals Committee.

Only appeals that are related to CCMC code compliance decisions and are supported by evidence will be considered (supplementary evidence can be provided by email to ccmc@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca).
